Pricing

From KES 3,500 per user, per month

That is a starting figure, not a quote. What a business actually pays depends on the shape of its implementation, and the honest way to arrive at it is a conversation rather than a checkout page.

What the price includes

  • Every module — stock, sales, purchasing, service desk, the general ledger and reports
  • The point of sale at every location you run, offline-first
  • As many branches, warehouses and service bays as the business has
  • Your own M-Pesa, KRA and gateway credentials, sealed per account
  • Updates as they ship, at no separate charge

There are no feature tiers. Paying more does not unlock a module — it reflects a larger business using the same system.

What moves the figure

What you switch on
A shop running stock and a till is not the same implementation as an importer running landed cost, a workshop and a full ledger.
How many locations
One counter costs less to set up and support than a warehouse plus six branches.
What has to be migrated
Opening stock, a catalogue and trading history all have to arrive from wherever they live now — a spreadsheet, another system, or paper.
Training
A cashier needs an hour. An accountant reconciling landed cost against the ledger needs rather more.

Setup and migration are quoted separately

Getting a business onto the system — opening stock counted, catalogue loaded, staff trained, credentials registered in your own name — is work with a defined end, so it is quoted once rather than folded into a monthly figure you keep paying for.
